David Grad

David is Co-Founder of the learning and development tech start-up, Elevator9 and Executive Vice President at KPartners, where he is an executive coach and facilitator of corporate and nonprofit leadership programs. Previously, David had a 23-year career as an Emmy-winning creative director, strategist, producer & consultant for executives, brands & social enterprises. His media career spanned roles from television host and actor in plays, independent films and commercials to creative director and executive producer leading teams at MTV’s in-house agency, where he oversaw social impact campaigns on air.
