Scholarships

At GCNYC, we believe that a college education is an investment for a brighter future. Our institutional commitment to furthering our ‘For the Common Good’ mission and our equally strong desire to build a diverse academic community of passionate students means that GCNYC makes every reasonable attempt to help qualified students. 

Students receiving a scholarship from GCNYC must be enrolled in at least two courses per “term” (minimum 4.5 credits) and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. All students are considered for a Common Good Scholarship by the admissions committee, and most students receive an award ranging from $5,000 to $10,000. Notification is included in the admission letter.
