Seisei Tatebe-Goddu
Seisei is currently an Entrepreneur in Residence at Zebras Unite, building the Inclusive Capital Collective–a co-operative developing the financial tools to shift capital to BIPOC entrepreneurs in the United States. She serves as fractional Chief Operating Officer of Radical Health and is the Founder and CEO of Tandem Consulting Group, where she delivers strategy and organizational development guidance and facilitation, training, and coaching to clients across East Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. In 2017-2021, she was the founding Chief Operating Officer of Run for Something and the first Chief Operating Officer at Future Now, focused on building the power to improve Americans’ lives by winning state legislative majorities across the country. She is an angel investor with Pipeline Angels, a certified mediator, and sits on the General Alumni Association Board of Directors of Phillips Exeter Academy. She earned her Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and her BA from McGill University.
